Daniel Olawande, fondly called P.Daniel, is a polymath with a mandate to raise the burning generation by setting people on fire for God in all spheres of influence. He is an ordained minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and serves as the Assistant National Coordinator of CRM (the Students and Corpers Ministry of RCCG), with the mandate of stirring Revival among the students and corpers across the campuses.
Additionally, he is a Youth Evangelist in RCCG, serving as the Coordinator of RCCG Youth Evangelists. Daniel Olawande is the lead pastor of RCCG The Envoys, Lagos – a new young people expression of RCCG.
Daniel Olawande is the Director of The Becoming Hub, a mentorship hub to raise, build, and equip people for all-around effectiveness. He is also the CEO of the Flaming Youth Empowerment Initiative, an NGO focused on igniting, inspiring, supporting, and empowering the younger generation.

One of the beauties of YMR is that it breaks denominational barriers, attracting believers from all denominations. Additionally, the train of impact is moving from city to city, nations to nations, continents to continents, as the Young Ministers’ Retreat is now being exported from Africa to the rest of the world.

In 2021, Dr. Daniel Olawande was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree as Doctor of Leadership and Management from the Prestigious IRGIB-AFRICA University, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to youth development, talent management, and youth empowerment. In March 2024, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree as Doctor of Transformational Leadership from the Myles Leadership University, in recognition of his outstanding contributions in the areas of Youth & Women Development, Spiritual Guidance and Mentorship, Public Speaking, Leadership, and Philanthropy.
